前言/序言

前言《中国石油石化设备工业年鉴》2014年刊记载了2013—2014年上半年我国石油和石油化工设备行业的发展概况，以专业的视角描述了我国石油钻采机械、 石油化工设备、海洋油气工程装备、金属压力容器以及波纹管膨胀节等分行业的新亮点，客观展现了行业骨干企业的新面貌，分析预测了我国石油和石油化工设备行业的发展趋势，提出了具有较强针对性的建议。年鉴的出版，不仅为业内企业总结经验、推动工作提供了有益的借鉴，而且为广大读者全面了解我国石油和石油化工设备行业的发展情况、进一步加强合作交流提供了全面和有价值的资料，也为政府部门关注和指导石油和石油化工设备行业的科学发展，提供了重要信息和参考依据。
　　2013—2014年，在国家“稳增长、调结构、促改革”的宏观调控政策的引导下，行业的发展速度稳中有降，在2013年行业主要经济效益指标中，主营业收入为　　　5 061.22亿元，同比增长13.13%，增幅下降6个百分点；利润总额为 326.50亿元，同比增长6.23%；增幅下降31.57个百分点。
　　2013—2014年，在全球经济一体化的影响下国内外市场需求低迷徘徊，2013年全行业出口交货值为635.55亿元，同比增长5.77%；增幅下降了15.84个百分点。行业企业在市场倒逼的形势下，加快了改革创新的发展步伐，向产品创新要效益，淘汰低附加值产品，研制高技术含量 、高附加值产品；创新经营理念延伸产品产业链，由制造型企业向制造服务型企业转型。在贯彻落实一系列推进结构调整、技术创新和节能减排的有力措施下，行业产业规模进一步提高。据统计，2013年行业规模以上企业有1 773家，同比增长10.54%；资产总额为5 060.01亿元，同比增长16.91%。全行业转型升级稳步推进，投资结构继续优化，市场供需基本稳定。
　　2014年，国际原油价格跌宕起伏，不断攀升的新能源需求和日益增大的能源压力，使非常规油气受到前所未有的重视，非常规油气的开采对石油技术装备提出了更高要求。让我们站在新的历史起点上，在党的十八大精神指引下，积极实施创新发展战略，为实现我国从石油石化设备制造大国到制造强国的转变而努力！
