  介電體超晶格是一種在光電子學、聲電子學、量子信息學領域有重大應用前景的新型功能材料,是南京大學閔乃本院士及其團隊通過20多年係統深入研究開拓的一個新的研究方嚮。從基本原理的提齣、到實驗驗證、到原型器件,直到實用化的儀器研製,形成瞭係統性的研究成果,並於2006年獲得瞭連續空缺多年的國傢自然科學一等奬。項目成果共匯總成上下兩冊,《介電體超晶格(上)》為上冊,共分為四個專題,《介電體超晶格(上)》的齣版對我國科學技術的發展具有重大價值。
