One little fish loses his way when he inadvertently swims under a child's red pail. As soon as the child scoops up his pail to join some friends, the fish happily rejoins his mates. The verse is repetitive, which lends itself to reinforcing the words that children learn to read in this book. This reinforcement will, in turn, build confidence in reading ability. Hopefully, it will also stimulate the desire to read and learn more words. I Can read的書的質量比其他分級讀物的要好，紙厚，不會透色，貴一點還是有貴的道理的。這是一本簡單的數數書，有韻律的重復，適閤剛學英語的孩子。
