原料：西红柿1个，葡萄柚1/2个．黄麻叶1/2束，砂糖15克，冷开水适量。　制法：　1、将西红柿洗净、切块；葡萄柚去皮及核，取出果肉，黄麻叶放入沸水锅中略煮，捞出待用。　2、将西红柿、黄麻叶、葡萄柚放入果汁机中，加入冷开水、砂糖搅打均匀，即可倒入杯中饮用。
