相对于intro作者之前写的乔布斯、达芬奇，贝索斯更属于我们当代，而他无疑是当代最伟大的企业家（没有之一），一个坚持long-term最好的范本。一直没有一本能很好讲亚马逊的书，这本可以作为一个参考。我认为amzn发展分为三个时期：1、初期痴迷用户体验和数据 2、Amzn prime推出实现盈利 3、AWS 。这本100多页的股东信，每封都值得创业者细细学习，第二章的一些他之前的讲话和采访稿也值得研究。里面提到的后悔最小化模型，work-life harmony不是balance确实也很实用。全书最打动我的部分在“cleverness is a gift,kindness is a choice”。没给满分的原因是内容太熟悉了，更期待Isaacson写一本完整的贝索斯传。

评分##No 29 of 2021 。贝索斯自从亚马逊创立以来的每年致股东信的合集，以及一些个人生活经历和其他场合的演讲。 我虽然仍然想不通贝索斯个人生活上的选择，但是作为企业家的贝索斯确实是让人敬畏的，狠人才能走出一条没有人走过的路，并且在别人都质疑的时候能够继续坚定不放弃心中的灯塔。 尤其是刚创立前几年的股东信太值得反复阅读了，如何找到自己认为有价值的长期利益，如何坚持不懈的提高标准并不断改善，如何发现新业务，如何提高内部组织效率和人才管理等等。这才是牛人值得我们学习的地方。
