評分##超級贊。現在似乎沒有精力寫書評瞭。每章都很好。從IC到manager都需要讀。
評分##很棒的一本書，因為作者是女性所以默默加瞭一星～閱讀建議是tech lead讀tech lead+managing people，manager讀managing a team+managing multiple team，之後公司文化那幾章適閤所有人群。整本書隻講technical managing其實是比較focused but constrained，可以搭配各種管理學教材閱讀。

評分##挺好的對於每一級EM是什麼樣的expectation的overview，也很實誠地講瞭自己的經曆 關於這本書，作者講的是她在startup，從小白一步一步乾到高層管理的整個經曆和管理經驗，個人認為一些視角是有局限性的不見得在大廠適用，但對從管理intern，小組，大組，多個組，以及VP級彆的管理，各種職責和一些常見案例，都有所講述。讀完這本書容易有種自己的職業生涯也就...
