威廉·立德威爾（William Lidwell）
主要從事以設計和工程心理學為主題的寫作、演講與谘詢工作。對跨學科的設計、組織創新方法及製度化創新尤其感興趣。另著有《解構産品設計》（Deconstructing Product Design）和《卓越管理準則》（Guidelines for Excellence in Management）。經常為熱門設計類報刊撰寫文章。目前在美國德剋薩斯州休斯敦市定居和工作。
剋裏蒂娜·霍頓（Kritina Holden）
現任美國國傢航空航天局約翰遜太空中心“使用性測試與分析設備”（UTAF）的技術指導與執行經理，負責提案、項目規劃、人員任務分配與指導及UTAF技術質量監督。她也以專傢身份，為獵戶座宇宙飛船駕駛艙小組提供人類因素工程學支持，協助需求開發、任務分析、成員評估等工作。她目前在休斯敦大學明湖分校擔任副教授。
吉爾·巴特勒（Jill Butler）
