难度真心不初级，也可能是本人荒废英语时间太过长。可以比较好地锻炼听写速度，录音材料则相对比较陈旧了，题型比较多样化，但也不失为锻炼听力的选择。

这一个系列的五本我全部都买了，真心觉得很不错。每一本都各有特色，都能为迷茫的你提供一点或有趣或新奇的建议。书里很多点子其实你可鞥曾经真的实践过又或者一直想要去实践。用这本书作为指导，真的是一个一个不错的选择。而且有些点子后还有相应的推荐，推荐的东西都非常好。总之这本书值得大家去买来阅读。
