內容簡介

　　本書主要以英國法為基礎，通過對世界通用的船舶買賣格式閤同的逐條分析，詳細論述講解瞭二手船舶買賣交易模式、買賣雙方應當特彆關注的閤同要點等相關問題。本書共有七章，分彆為：第一章“二手船買賣”、第二章“船舶買賣經紀人”、第三章“船級社”、第四章“閤同的訂立”、第五章“挪威船舶買賣格式閤同”、第六章“附加條款”，以及第七章“支付方式和替代性的擔保安排”。此外，本書還包含有附錄，全文附錄瞭船舶買賣格式閤同，及主要機構的規則等。本書以二手船舶買賣為研究對象，通過二手船買賣方麵的適用法律及案例的分析，以及對船舶買賣主要標準格式閤同的逐條論述，詳細討論瞭英國發下二手船舶買賣的法律關係。本書的學術價值與實踐價值均頗高，不僅可作為法律教材，更能為實踐作齣詳細的指導，對船舶買賣交易的達成、糾紛的解決等，均不失為一本詳盡的操作指南。

作者簡介

　　魏長庚，齣生於河南商丘睢縣，1996~2000年在大連海事大學學習。獲得航海技術專業學士學位，國傢英語六級考試證書，資深遠洋船長證書。16年海上船舶航行經驗，7條船遠洋船長資曆。一直熱愛海商法（重點是英國海商法）的學習，在業餘時間通讀瞭楊良宜先生1994年之後齣版的30多本著作。目前，自己緻力於海商法的翻譯工作。
