The Princeton Review (TPR) is an American-based standardized test preparation and admissions consulting company. The Princeton Review operates in 41 states and 22 countries across the globe. Approximately 70% of the company's revenue comes from test preparation.The company was founded in 1981 by John Katzman, after graduating from Princeton University, and was originally based in New York City.
