作者简介

为捍卫巢址和周围的小区域而打斗，巢址一般选择在食物丰富的水域边，在沼泽边的树木上可以俯瞰沼泽植被。巢虽然相当大，但结构松散，比较脆弱，往往会被破坏导致损失，建巢一般选在雨季开始的80天前，产卵季节为2月至6月，这些鸟会按季节来控制孵化期处于合适的湿度和温度条件。虽然蜗鸢经常返回同一个地方的旧巢，但每年也几乎尝试总是会建立一个新的巢。建巢时间要花费4至18天不等的工作量，都是由雄性为主，雌鸟辅之。

这本是配合他的视频《家庭烹饪》的，但里边各国家常菜实在太西式，不符合中国人饮食习惯，实在没有尝试欲望。买错书了，应该买那本ultimate cooking course的，里边的菜比较中西结合，很多调料都有中国菜和东南亚菜的影子。因为那本缺货才买了这本，容我哭一个去。
