评分##2009 对自己来说,还是不错的一本书。运用对话的三个层次,的确能让我更理智。 2018年的我,已经不记得自己度过这本书。“重新”再看,没有任何看过的印象,可见当时完全没有吸收!经历了时间,读了其他基本关于empathy的书,觉得这本好容易理解,完全不同了。如果觉得读起来吃力或者感觉一知半解,建议先看一看和 Empathy的书。
