评分##2009 对自己来说，还是不错的一本书。运用对话的三个层次，的确能让我更理智。 2018年的我，已经不记得自己度过这本书。“重新”再看，没有任何看过的印象，可见当时完全没有吸收！经历了时间，读了其他基本关于empathy的书，觉得这本好容易理解，完全不同了。如果觉得读起来吃力或者感觉一知半解，建议先看一看和 Empathy的书。
