George R. R. Martin is the #1 New York Times bestselling author of many novels, including the acclaimed series A Song of Ice and Fire—A Game of Thrones, A Clash of Kings, A Storm of Swords, A Feast for Crows, and A Dance with Dragons—as well as Tuf Voyaging, Fevre Dream, The Armageddon Rag, Dying of the Light, Windhaven (with Lisa Tuttle), and Dreamsongs Volumes I and II. He is also the creator of The Lands of Ice and Fire, a collection of maps from A Song of Ice and Fire featuring original artwork from illustrator and cartographer Jonathan Roberts. 十六開的尺寸，全彩啞光無酸紙。內容上相當於維斯特洛大陸的學士書寫的史書，敘述七大國和伊索斯大陸的曆史，例如塔格利安傢族的崛起，先民和森林之子的戰爭等。馬丁和另外兩人一起寫的這本書，因為寫的是曆史，就沒有冰與火之歌係列那麼生動的描寫，主要是敘述。極具性價比的一本，推薦推薦，對冰火迷是個極佳的選擇。
