　　還有一些部分我也不能放過，那就是下麵這些地方的荒涼海岸：拉普蘭，西伯利亞，斯匹次卑爾根⑥，新地島，冰島和格陵蘭，還有“那遼闊的北極區域，和那些陰暗地帶荒無人煙的地區；那兒是冰雪的貯藏所，經過幾百個隆鼕的積纍，已經成瞭一片堅實的冰野，像阿爾卑斯山般一峰高似一峰，冰麵晶瑩光滑，繞著地極，積聚瞭嚴寒的無窮威力”。對這些慘白色的區域，我形成瞭一個我自己的看法：朦朦朧朧，像在孩子們腦海裏沉浮的似懂非懂的概念，卻又齣奇地生動。這幾頁導言裏的文字都是和後麵的小插圖有關聯的：屹立在波濤洶湧、浪花飛濺的大海中的岩石，擱淺在荒涼海岸上的破船，還有那從雲縫間俯視沉舟的幽靈般的月亮，導言中的文字就使這些畫麵變得重要瞭。

　　“簡，我可不喜歡吹毛求疵或者尋根究底的人；再說，小孩兒這樣打斷長輩的話，實在可怕。找個地方去坐下來。不會說討人喜歡的話，就彆多嘴。”休憩室的緊隔壁是一間小小的早餐室。我溜進瞭那間屋子。那兒有一個書架。不一會兒，我就拿到瞭一本書，我特意挑一本圖畫很多的。我爬上窗口，縮起腳，像土耳其人那樣盤腿坐著，把波紋紅昵窗簾幾乎完全拉攏，我就加倍隱蔽起來，仿佛坐在神龕裏似的。

書是不錯，速度也不慢，包裝是京東的老問題，說過多少次就是不改進。這本書是精裝，拿到手兩麵書殼是翹的。

這次同批發貨的圖書中，這本書沒有塑封包裝，而且書的硬質封皮邊角有被撞變形，書的正麵和側麵有多處被蹭髒留下汙漬......在京東買瞭這麼多次書，這本最讓我失望，不是書本身的問題，主要是包裝和保護沒到位！

　　層層疊疊的猩紅帷幔擋住瞭我右邊的視綫，左邊卻是明亮的玻璃窗，它保護著我，讓我受不到陰鬱的11月天氣的侵襲，卻又不把我與外界隔絕。在翻書頁的當兒，我偶爾眺望一下鼕日午後的景色。遠處，隻見一片白茫茫的霧靄；附近，卻是濕漉漉的草坪和風雨襲擊下的灌木，連綿不斷的雨讓一陣經久不息的淒淒寒風驅趕著狂馳而過。
