Admiral William H. McRaven (U.S. Navy Retired) served with great distinction in the Navy. In his thirty-seven years as a Navy SEAL, he commanded at every level. 评分##下午花了两个小时认真读完了，了解了一些海豹突击队的训练情况，非常佩服这些铁人（身体和精神上都是巨人）。确实有几处说到心坎里了，但是这些鸡汤书讲的道理都差不多，不是很惊艳，但是基本值回书价。
