　　近十年来，我国高等医学教育发展迅速。为了与国际接轨，提高医学生的英语水平，满足社会的需要，《内科学》双语教学受到了广泛的重视，也取得了一定的成绩。但是，缺乏高质量的教材成为制约《内科学》双语教学的一个瓶颈。目前国内所使用的《内科学》双语教学的教材主要有两种情况：一种是由任课教师自己编写的教材，另一种是直接使用国外原版内科学教科书。教学实践中发现，使用这两种教材都存在一定的问题。自编教材，不统一、不规范，英语表达也不地道，受任课教师本人英语水平的局限；而直接使用国外原版教材，虽然英语表达地道、准确，但与国内现行的中文《内科学》教材的教学大纲、内容和体例等方面相差甚远。因此，科学出版社决定出版这套以两本原版内科学教材“Harrisons Manual 0f Medicine(16thEdition)”和“current Medical Diagnosis&Treatment;”(2005)为基础，由国内一批富有内科学教学与临床经验的专家参考卫生部临床医学专业教材编审委员会提出的内科学教学大纲加以改编的《内科学》教材，以满足我国高等医学院校《内科学》双语教学的需求。

有一天晚上，病房值班，病房里有一个心脏外科双瓣膜置换术后出院再入院病人，男，70，比较烦躁，白班交班病人胸片有胸水，已经抽出500ml，血液动力学还稳定，尿量正常。我接班后看了下病人，觉的还比较放心，就没多注意。晚上8点，去查房，发现病人血压偏低80/50，左下肢有活动不利。嘱护士加大升压药，适当补液。几分钟后，意想不到的事发生，病人血压继续下降，随即出现VF，马上进行胸外按摩，叫麻醉科插管等等一系列抢救，但还是回天无术。当时家属只有老伴，说其他家属半小时后到，强烈要求先不要送太平间，我心一软，就同意了。可家属来了以后就对治疗提出疑问，而且不肯把尸体送太平间，更离谱在医院设灵堂，我向行政总值班汇报，他们叫了巡警，可巡警说，有可能是你们医院的差错，而且他们没打人，他们管不了（我鄙视这些巡警，执法不严），最后由院长出面在早晨6点才把尸体送到太平间。以后就是大量家属（30左右）和医院谈判，这我就不多说了。从这件事我总结了以下经验教训：
