在十三年的教學生涯中，讓我逐漸體會到瞭作為一名教師的崇高，也讓我領悟到瞭作為教師的肩上的重擔，當前我國正在進行新一輪的基礎教育課程改革，此次改革是建國以來規模最大、涉及內容最全麵的一次課程改革，範文之心得體會:教師讀書心得。它對廣大教師提齣瞭全新的挑戰，從中體會到瞭課程改革對課堂、對教師、對學生的衝擊，同時也存在一定的睏惑。今年，我有時間閱讀瞭《給教師的一百條建議》，給我感受頗深。書中用瞭很多的事例和體會，把枯燥的教育學、心理學的基本觀點闡述得生動、明白，讀來令人倍感親切、深受啓發。那些關於教育的真知灼見，值得我們一遍又一遍地閱讀、品味。
