起初是非常非常失望的，在双十一买的，通过申通配送，快递到了北京一个星期杳无音讯了就，没有任何的信息更新，联系卖家根本没有回应，想申请退货又被拒绝，显示在正常配送中，联系京东客服也无法给出解决途径，因为不是京东自营。因为怀着对收到新书的期待，所以被磨的及其失望。但想想大家也都不容易，慢慢也不期待了，以后还是尽量买自营图书吧。
