这是一本网络上很红的书，和“How to”一样，还有不少机构开设培训班。这本书Jerry妈妈简单翻过，也看过一本对应的绘本，“杰瑞的冷静太空”。个人觉得还是不错的，特别关于对孩子的“奖励”和“惩罚”这块。
