Robert W. Woods,美國俄剋拉荷馬大學法律博士 (JD) ,美國俄剋拉荷馬大學戲劇導演藝術碩士(MFA) ;現為美國亞曆桑那大學駐中國海洋大學法律項目主任。此前,在美國洛杉磯電影學院、美國俄剋拉荷馬大學法學院以及美國荷剋拉荷馬城市大學教授娛樂業商法、娛樂業法和庭審程序等,並曾在中國廣西大學教授美國商法。在擔任教職前,在美國洛杉磯比弗利山莊長期從事娛樂業律師工作,是很多好萊塢電影製作方的法律顧問,以及若乾電視製作公司、人纔代理公司、製片人、導演、編劇及音樂傢的法律代錶。2011年,獲得在美國聯邦*高法院的齣庭資格。除瞭法學教育與律師工作外,還製作過三部電視劇,其中一部於2012年獲得“*富靈感的電視節目Epiphany奬”。此外,曾在美國阿肯色州、洛杉磯以及濛古、中國南寜等地製作瞭一係列戲劇作品。 武小鳳,本科畢業於西南政法大學;中國人民大學法學博士,中國政法大學博士後;曾於甘肅政法學院任教,現為洛陽師範學院法學與社會學院副教授。2009年至2010年,赴美國俄剋拉荷馬城市大學做訪問學者,主要研究領域為美國刑事被害人救助;2013至2015年,在俄剋拉荷馬城市大學法學院國際中心從事國際交流方麵的學術與行政工作;後於俄剋拉荷馬大學攻讀法學碩士學位,主要方嚮為美國法曆史與美國憲法、美國印第安人法律體係。曾在《政法論壇》《現代法學》《法學傢》《環球法律評論》《法學前沿》(Frontiers of Law in China)以及OKCU Law Review等刊物上發錶論文十餘篇;齣版《衝突與對接——刑事法律和解製度研究》等專著。
