评分前nerd现身说法——我是怎样变成擅长small talk的。但仔细读其实会发现直到现在，作者的言语中还是有种微妙的生硬，但是Fake it for a while till it becomes second nature嘛，这话说的还是不错的。
评分##听完的有声书，还好是闲暇时听的，不值得细读的一本书。这本书所谈的道理可以在其他更经典的书中印证，比如name, eye contact, be the first to say hello，be interested in others, open-ended question。还是要在实践中不断摸索调整。掌握small talk的技巧很重要。

评分##我最近意识到了我社恐的原因，一是把国人对英语的那种高期待（或者是我想象中的国人）带入到了老外身上，但其实他们并不judge我，只是听我说的意思；二是其实社交也需要练习，不知从啥时候开始我居然有了一件事我上来就应该会这种有毒的想法，如果不会就反复打击自己，而不是去练习。作者的一些ice break cheatsheet有些尴尬，但是后半部分的一些例句有的还是挺有用的，会找时间记下来。
