因为喜欢，一次性买了十一本，但收到后很失望，原因有三：1、没有一本塑封，全部拆开的书籍，书籍边角磨损较多；2、plus会员购买后十天发现降价比plus会员价还要便宜，每本便宜约4元；3、因为这个问题联系客服，客服回答无力解决，除非退货再买，这种情况不利于用户感知，谁有那么多精力去忙退货收货呢？只能硬着头皮算了...在京东购买很多次，京东快递很迅速，一直购买自营的很靠谱，之前钻石账号给朋友用了新用的这个账号，但客户感知明显不一样，而且plus会员性价比也并不高，所以只给两星。
