##Usability studies 的課本嗯。感覺是很係統的介紹值得收藏備查。同樣討論數據驅動的可用性，"用戶體驗麵麵觀"( http://book.douban.com/subject/4818690/ )更多地關注實踐，適閤入門，這本書對方法論談論更多，更引人深思，是初級設計師的最佳進階讀物。

當年頭讓我讀的課本。好是好，可是寫的實在是太細太細瞭，細到讓人覺得有點囉嗦…裏麵寫：如果你的測試要聯網，確保你的同事不會在這個時候把公司服務器關掉！然後我想：真是神煩，誰會在這個時候把服務器關掉！結果！我們測試的時候…真的被不知情的同事關掉服務器…兩次！！不過一周，384頁的英文書我竟然讀瞭三分之二，而且筆記做的非常詳細…那時候的自己也是蠻拼的…為瞭奬勵自己的努力加一顆星（什麼破爛邏輯……）
