　　李全，1969年出生在中国美丽的海滨城市—青岛。十几岁的时候听到邻居优美的吉他声，感觉那就是天籁之声开始学习古典吉他。92年后开始研习民谣吉他和电吉他，二十四岁，组建了青岛的第一支电声乐队——飓风乐队。并一直从事商业演出，曾被誉为“青岛第一吉他手”。期间任教于青岛的各大音乐进修学校担任吉他主讲教师。2010年后与湖南文艺出版社合作先后出版发行了《超级实战电吉他名曲教程》、《电吉他入门大教本》、超级实战主奏电吉他SOLO教程》等。
