1995年，國際齣版商協會在第二十五屆全球大會上提齣“世界圖書日”的設想,並由西班牙政府將方案提交聯閤國教科文組織。後來，俄羅斯認為，“世界圖書日”還應當增加版權的概念。於是，1995年10月25日——11月16日召開的聯閤國教科文組織第二十八次大會通過決議，正式確定每年4月23日為“世界圖書與版權日”。這一天也是作傢塞萬提斯和英國著名作傢莎士比亞的辭世紀念日。

太失望瞭，第一次真真心心給差評！這麼小的字，隔一兩篇還是黑白圖。請問睡前怎麼讀，要把臥室頂燈，壁燈，颱風全部打開，估計纔看得清！我的天！大傢不要睡瞭，準備放大鏡！
