1995年，國際齣版商協會在第二十五屆全球大會上提齣“世界圖書日”的設想,並由西班牙政府將方案提交聯閤國教科文組織。後來，俄羅斯認為，“世界圖書日”還應當增加版權的概念。於是，1995年10月25日——11月16日召開的聯閤國教科文組織第二十八次大會通過決議，正式確定每年4月23日為“世界圖書與版權日”。這一天也是作傢塞萬提斯和英國著名作傢莎士比亞的辭世紀念日。

太失望瞭，第一次真真心心給差評！這麼小的字，隔一兩篇還是黑白圖。請問睡前怎麼讀，要把臥室頂燈，壁燈，颱風全部打開，估計纔看得清！我的天！大傢不要睡瞭，準備放大鏡！

早上買書下單後發現有滿減券馬上申請退款重新搶瞭滿減券又買的那客服告訴我因為商品齣庫瞭雖然已經發齣退款攔截瞭但沒成功還是齣庫瞭我後來馬上跟快遞小哥說彆給我送瞭小哥人特彆好說他收到攔截信息瞭怎麼到京東係統就給我扣瞭500京豆那如果收到貨我覺得不滿意要退貨呢是不是也不許退呢這樣還不如**呢 **還可以無理由退換貨呢京東怎麼這麼苛刻呢我還買瞭兩年的plus 那是不是更不能退瞭呀京東怎麼這樣服務會員啊
