為瞭確保艾琳對每一本書都熟悉，通常我不會拿到一本新書就馬上讀給她聽。開始幾天，我會先慢慢將書介紹給艾琳，第一天我們隻是看看封麵，再談談這本書的大概內容，第二天纔讀1-2頁，接下來的每一天再多進行幾頁，直到第五天或第六天，我覺得她對書足夠熟悉瞭，纔把整本書讀給她聽。
