评分##非常practical的一本书,很多技巧,好的是有很多例子,最后一个section整合了差不多所有技巧,很受用,看完心态也平和多了,感觉对于生活中很多自己总是害怕去做的事情都有了点儿信心,比如reach out strangers,其实还是有很多技巧可以去做的,当然关键还是得脸皮够厚,愿望够强烈,功课做的够细致,才能真正用好那些技巧,:)
