　　AGRICULTURE-FOCUSED: I2013， China's agricultural insurance premium ine rankedsecond around the world， realizing the maicrop coverage area of 1.106 billiomu （1 mu=0.0667hectares）， the amount insured of 1.39 trillioYuan， farmer households insured of 214 million，indemnities of 20.86 billioYuaand farmers receiving indemnity of 33.67 million.ACCOUNTABLE: I2013， liability insurance iChina had provided businesses and individuals inall industries with risk protectioamounting close to 49 trillioYuan， aincrease of 16.5% overthe last year; insurance indemnity payment reaching 8.9 billioYuan， aincrease of 18.7% overthe last year. Liability insurance coverage has expanded to environmental protection， health， foodsafety， education， transportation， tourism， and other dozens of areas.
　　OPEN: By the end of 2013， a total of 56 foreiginstitutions from 15 countries had founded56 mercial institutions and 123 foreiginstitutions from 21 countries had set up 137representative offices iChina， holding a market share of 3.95%. China has set up 31 mercialinsurance institutions overseas. The insurance industry has fully performed its mitments tojoiWTO and speeded up the strategy of 'Go Global'.HUMANISTIC: By the end of 2013， China had set up 326 insurance dispute mediationorganizations， successful mediated cases up to 26，000， involving 840 millioYuaand 170，000inbound calls through hotline '12378'， customer satisfactiorate more tha98%. 2013 KPMGGlobal Survey pointed out that China's insurance respondents' customer experience hadimproved most， aincrease of 11 percentage points higher thathe global average.
　　INNOVATIVE: By the end of 2013， more tha170 insurance panies had offered a total ofover 7，000 products， 10 kinds of new insurance products every day oaverage. ONovember11， 2013， Tao bao 'Back Freight Insurance' reached 30 billioYuaia single day， generating120 milliopolicies， at the average premium of only 0.47 Yuan， far less thathe printing fee of amanual insurance policy.
