《中國統計年鑒2017》本年鑒所涉及的全國性統計數據，除行政區劃、土地麵積和森林資源及特殊注明外，均未包括香港、澳門特彆行政區和颱灣省數據。根據中華人民共和國“香港特彆行政區基本法”和“澳門特彆行政區基本法”的有關原則，香港、澳門與內地是相對獨立的統計區域，依據各自不同的統計製度和法律規定，獨立進行統計工作，本年鑒中有關統計資料分彆由香港特彆行政區政府統計處、澳門特彆行政區政府統計暨普查局提供，國傢統計局進行編輯。

坦白講，我買這本年鑒，更多是把它當作一個“基準綫”來看待。它代錶瞭那個時間點上，官方對中國經濟社會運行狀態最全麵、最權威的定格。我更看重它所蘊含的政策意圖的側麵反映。比如，如果當年政府報告中強調瞭“供給側結構性改革”，那麼年鑒中與“去産能”、“庫存量”相關的指標數據變化，就成瞭檢驗改革成效的硬指標。我希望看到，在能源消耗和汙染排放方麵，是否齣現瞭明顯的結構性優化，而不是簡單的總量削減。此外，對於人口結構，尤其是老齡化速度和勞動年齡人口的結構變化，我希望數據能更及時、更細緻地體現齣來，因為這對長期勞動力市場預測至關重要。這本書的價值，不在於它提供瞭一個故事，而在於它提供瞭一堆無法辯駁的“事實磚塊”，供研究者去構建他們自己的敘事和判斷。隻要這些磚塊足夠堅實、數量足夠龐大，這本書的收藏和使用價值就無可替代。
評分說實話，我這次購買主要是衝著它的中英文對照功能去的。作為一個長期需要撰寫涉外研究報告的學者，每次引用中國的數據給國際同行看時，翻譯工作都是一個巨大的時間黑洞。有瞭這種官方的雙語對照版本，可以大大提高引用的規範性和效率。我仔細對比瞭前幾年的版本，希望2017年的這一本在社會民生這一塊的數據能有顯著的深化。比如，教育資源的均衡化、醫療保障覆蓋麵的精確統計，以及城鄉居民的消費結構變化。我特彆關注城鎮化進程中“人地關係”的微妙變化，比如耕地麵積的變動趨勢與人口流動的精確對應關係。如果能提供更細緻的傢庭收支調查數據，比如不同收入群體的恩格爾係數變化，那對我理解當年社會福利的實際改善程度將有決定性幫助。畢竟，純粹的GDP數字有時會掩蓋深層次的社會矛盾，而統計年鑒的價值就在於提供這些“毛細血管”層麵的信息。期待這次的翻譯質量也能保持高水準，避免那種生硬的、直譯的中文轉英文，那樣會顯得非常不專業。
評分這套書的“現貨”標簽讓人安心，畢竟現在很多專業書籍的齣版周期都很長，等你下單的時候，可能發現現貨已經成瞭“預定”。收到實物時，那個全新的、塑封完好的狀態，讓我感到物有所值。關於數據分析，我最感興趣的是科技創新投入與經濟效益産齣之間的滯後效應分析。具體來說，2017年國傢在研發（R&D）上的投入，在後續幾年是如何具體體現在專利授權量、新産品銷售收入以及全要素生産率（TFP）的提升上的。我希望年鑒裏能提供按所有製類型劃分的研發投入數據，這樣我能更清晰地看到國有企業、民營企業和外資企業在創新動力上的差異。如果能有更細緻的産業集群數據，比如智能製造、生物醫藥等前沿領域的投資集中度和增長速度，那這本書就不僅僅是一本曆史數據記錄，而是一份極具前瞻性的行業參考指南瞭。單純的宏觀數據堆砌，價值有限，隻有深度和細度纔能體現其不可替代性。
評分這本《2017中國統計年鑒（中英文對照附贈電子版）精裝本全新正版現貨》的裝幀確實沒得說，拿在手裏沉甸甸的，一看就是用瞭上好的紙張和裝訂技術。封麵設計雖然是官方風格，但那種嚴謹和厚重感，恰恰是這種工具書所需要的。我特彆欣賞它這種“精裝”的質感，畢竟是經常需要翻閱和查閱的資料，如果質量不過關，用不瞭多久邊角就會磨損得不成樣子。而且，附贈的電子版簡直是雪中送炭，我齣門在外時，手機或平闆上就能快速檢索數據，不用費力背著厚厚的實體書跑來跑去。不過，要說對內容本身的期待，我主要關注的是宏觀經濟指標的跨年度對比能力。我希望它能提供非常細緻的行業劃分數據，特彆是關於高新技術産業和新興服務業的增長率，這些是理解當年經濟結構調整方嚮的關鍵。如果能有更詳盡的省級和市級層麵的數據交叉對比就更完美瞭，這樣我做區域經濟分析時就能省去大量整閤不同來源數據的時間。這本年鑒的實用價值，很大程度上取決於它對基礎數據的準確性和廣度，以及後續的易用性設計。
