作者簡介

<p>  精選 調養 安神定誌&middot;疏肝理氣<br />  中藥 防風<br />  草部/山草類 防,禦的意思。它的作用以治風為要,所以叫防風。屏風是防風的隱語。稱蕓、茴,是因為它的花像茴香,氣味像蕓蒿、蘭。<br />  防風花<br />  治四肢拘急,不能走路,經脈虛弱,骨節間痛,心腹痛。<br />  防風葉<br />  治中風齣熱汗。<br />  防風籽<br />  治風證力強,可調配食用。<br />  釋名 銅蕓、茴蕓、茴草、屏風、百枝、百蜚。<br />  性味 味甘,性溫,無毒。<br />  有效成分 揮發油、甘露醇等。<br />  臨床應用 自汗不止,盜汗,消風順氣、治老年人便秘,偏正頭痛,小兒囟門久不閉閤,婦人崩漏。<br />  醫傢評說<br />  《神農本草經》主風邪所緻的視物不清,風行周身,骨節疼痛,煩滿,久服身輕。<br />  《名醫彆錄》療脅痛,肝風,頭風,四肢攣急,破傷風。<br />  《日華子諸傢本草》治三十六種風病,男子一切勞傷,能補中益神,治療目赤腫痛,遇風流淚及癱瘓,通利五髒關脈,治五勞七傷,盜汗,心煩體重,能安神定誌,調勻氣脈。<br />  藥理延伸<br />  ●甘防風,治風通用。治上半身風證,用防風身;治下半身風證,用防風梢。防風是治風祛濕的要藥,因風能勝濕。它還能瀉肺實,如誤服會瀉人上焦元氣。防風治周身疼痛,藥效較弱,隨配伍引經藥而至病所,是治風藥中的潤劑。如果補脾胃,非防風引用不可。<br />  ●防風與蔥白同用,能行全身氣血;與澤瀉、 本同用,能治風病;與當歸、芍藥、陽起石、禹餘糧同用,能治療婦人子宮虛冷。防風畏萆,能解附子毒,惡藜蘆、白斂、乾薑、芫花。<br />  ●防風又行足陽明、太陰二經,為肝經氣分藥。<br />  形態特徵<br />  主高30~80厘米,全體無毛。根粗壯,莖基密生褐色縴維狀的葉柄殘基。<br />  良品嚴選<br />  此藥草的作用以治風為要,所以叫防風。稱蕓、茴,是因為它的花像茴香,氣味像蕓蒿、 蘭。江淮一帶所産的大多是石防風,生長在山石之間。二月采其嫩苗做菜,味辛甘而香,稱作珊瑚菜。它的根粗、外形醜,籽可作為種子。明朝吳綬說,凡入藥以黃色潤澤的防風為佳,白的多沙條,不能用。<br />  功效<br />  解錶祛風,勝濕,止痙。<br />  養生藥膳<br />  益氣補血+壯陽<br />  防風甘草魚湯<br />  材料:<br />  防風5剋、甘草5剋、白術10剋、紅棗3顆、黃芪9剋、虱目魚肚1片,芹菜少許,鹽、味精、澱粉各適量。<br />  做法:<br />  1.將虱目魚肚洗淨,切成薄片,放少許澱粉,輕輕攪拌均勻,醃漬20分鍾,備用。<br />  2.藥材洗淨、瀝乾,備用。鍋置火上,加入清水,將藥材與虱目魚肚一起煮,用大火煮沸,再轉入小火續熬至味齣時,放適量鹽、味精調味,起鍋前加入適量芹菜即可。<br />  ……</p>
