作者簡介

John Maloof is an author and street photographer involved in the historic preservation of Chicago's Northwest Side. He discovered the first negatives of Vivian Maier's work in 2007 while compiling a book about the history of the neighborhood where he grew up. He edited the first and second published collections of Maier's work, Vivian Maier: Street Photographer and Vivian Maier: Self-Portraits. He lives in Chicago.

書是好書，就是被快遞包裝給留瞭點缺憾，摔成這樣瞭！！！

看過薇薇安作品，不知為什麼腦海裏浮現的是電影《美國往事》的一幕幕.她的攝影細膩富有感情，視角溫和樸實！我曾猜想身為保姆對上流社會是否抱有某種不滿與諷刺.但在照片中全然體現的是美好的感受，薇薇安的心裏一定是充滿愛的.相比《美國人》，薇薇安的作品更令我動容！

第一次買這麼貴的書，就怕路上暴力運輸導緻這本書受損，不過還好，到手的書很不錯，就是有點貴，不過為瞭心中的偶像，也是值得的

坦白說，我是衝著vivian來買的，但這書的印刷也太差瞭吧

薇薇安邁爾，一如既往的美國街頭的景色，既有流浪的人，普通的群眾，沒想到也有奧黛麗赫本的齣現。vivian的畫冊已經入瞭三本瞭，她的海量未公開照片，不知道啥時候纔能全部展現齣來。
