这次买了近10本书，好大一堆，居然连个纸箱也没有，就个塑料袋，暴力物流把书弄损坏了。有些书是有塑料包装的，有些没有，也不知道把这些有包装的垫在下面，所以这次最好、最贵的书就这样放在外层被糟蹋了。联系客服要退换货，因为是帮朋友下单，他已经贴上胶纸，专员说不能换，可以退。这本书都没货了，拿什么来换？其实我朋友也没指望从京东这讨来什么，这只是爱书的人想书在物流过程中少受些罪，拿到手上的书是漂漂亮亮的，不是歪鼻斜眼、面目全非。所以差评，只为改善快递包装，因为暴力快递我们都懂的。
